Our story

In 2019, we launched Priority BPO in Denver, Colorado. Our vision was to empower our clients by helping them reduce costs, expand their business development, and restructure administrative functions, all with a commitment to excellence. 

As fate would have it, the COVID-19 pandemic ushered in a new era of remote work bringing with it its own set of difficulties. Facing this challenge head on, we’ve since perfected a “blended” HQ approach, where in-country and remote workers are integrated seamlessly into a common matrix. 

Our journey continues with an office in the Philippines, cementing our commitment to recruiting the top professionals for our client’s needs. We are in the process of expanding our operations to additional regions.
